Espace Maison's Pro department was launched in end 2020 to meet the needs of customers working in construction and renovation. It aims to support construction professionals and companies – from hotels to contractors, architects, government agencies, building management firms, etc. – as well as individual customers who need help with interior and exterior projects, from tiling to paving, roofing, painting, creating a swimming pool, landscaping…  

Professional, made-to-measure solutions

“Our Pro department offers unique solutions to support clients who are looking to fit out their space”, explains Rajnee Bhurosah, Communication and Marketing Manager at Espace Maison. “Each project is planned down to the smallest details, allowing us to offer appropriate solutions that are tailored to our clients’ needs”. There are various advantages to this approach: each customer benefits from personalised support, a dedicated sales representative, and quality after-sales service.

Shopping centres, hotels, retail outlets and luxury villas are only some of the projects that Espace Maison's Pro department has taken on in the past. Its most successful partnerships to date include Azuri, Heritage Villas Valriche, Bo'Valon Mall, LUX* Grand Baie, Anahita and Akasha Villas. The department also supplies a variety of products and services to hotels across the island (from maintaining and cleaning their furniture to supplying them with decorative items, outdoor furnishings and parasols, among other things). It also offers product placement to hardware stores, supermarkets and pet industry professionals.
