Premix joined the Made in Moris family at the end of 2022 after a lengthy selection process. Spotlight on this incredible achievement that the Premix team worked hard for and is incredibly proud of.
Made in Moris: A Proudly Mauritian Label
The Made in Moris label guarantees consumers that a product is made in Mauritius. The label and its tagline (“Ena nou lame ladan!”) can be found across 130 companies and 300 brands from a wide range of industries, including tourism, retail, construction, and agriculture.
Useful for consumers, it also offers recognition for local brands, which can rely on the label to confirm their authenticity. But that's not all. Beyond promoting local industry, Made in Moris recognises the quality of Mauritian products and the capacity for local companies to innovate. It encourages continuous improvement, protects jobs generated by the local industry, and promotes Mauritian know-how. Indeed, Made in Moris is an ambitious program of vital importance for the country.
Premix: Quality, Locally-Made Concrete

In order to obtain the Made in Moris certification, an audit was carried out by the Made in Moris team (accompanied by Premix staff) to assess the following factors:
- The brand
- The management team
- Production sites
- Packaging, delivery vehicles, and marketing
- Equipment for employee well-being, health and security
- Sustainability policies
In other words, an in-depth analysis of all things which make Premix what it is.
