Five of these stores have a workshop on-site to help speed up service times, and no less than 15 employees work in the Espace Maison after-sales services team. "The after-sales service is only offered on products purchased at Espace Maison. If the product is still under warranty, and the problem found is related to a manufacturing defect, the after-sales service is completely free", explains Rajen Mootoosamy, After-Sales Service Manager.
Though warranty periods vary depending on the product and supplier guidelines, all Espace Maison products come with a minimum 6-month warranty. So you can shop with complete peace of mind! And, even if your product is no longer under warranty, the Espace Maison after-sales service is very affordable, starting at Rs765 per hour (not including transportation fees), and house calls start at Rs2500. In addition, "Club Espace Maison" members get a 10% discount across all repairs!
Other than standard repairs, the services offered by the after-sales team include house calls (pre-scheduled and emergency responses) for water pumps and generator repairs. They also offer a sharpening service (starting at Rs350) and a chain manufacturing service (starting at Rs1000) for all their client's power gardening tools. This service extends to power tools not bought at Espace Maison. Furthermore, during the end-of-year celebrations and cyclone season, the after-sales service has a special team ready for urgent interventions on pumps and generators. "Our goal is to be there for our customers even in difficult cases", concludes Rajen Mootoosamy.
