Customer Care Centre: UBP’s new hotline for centralised client support

All shiny and new: operational since March 2022, UBP’s Customer Care Centre aims to respond quickly, without any extra cost and with precision to the needs of its clientele, all the while working to improve the services the company offers.

Make a note of the number of UBP’s new, free of charge hotline: 800 1122. This new one-stop shop, dedicated to technical support, has recently seen the light of day in order to help UBP effectively manage the large quantity of queries received by its departments, whilst working to satisfy its customers’ needs to the highest degree. With this new service, which particularly fulfils UBP’s values of innovation, integrity and engagement, UBP is endeavouring to strengthen its relationships with its clients and to work every day to provide them with full satisfaction.

By dialling this easy to remember number, all clients (or potential clients) will be able to:

  • Request a free quote
  • Be put in contact with the appropriate salesperson in their area
  • Trace an order or a delivery
  • Submit a complaint
  • Obtain information or advice on various UBP products or services

 

 

Pervenche Quenette, Sales Manager at UBP, explains: “Whether it be by email or by telephone, the Customer Care Centre is principally contacted in relation to requests for quotes or by people who require technical assistance. And although most of the queries we deal with are about UBP, we also work in collaboration with other companies from the Group, like Espace Maison, Gros Cailloux, Drymix or Premix, in order to better serve our clientele.”

 

Currently benefiting from three full-time employees, the Customer Care Centre is located in the Group’s premises at Trianon. Pervenche Quenette specifies that: “We are pleasantly surprised to note that we have moved ahead of our original timeline and this is largely due to our dynamic team.”

 

Due to the fact that the hotline allows UBP to establish a more personalised relationship with clients, the opening of this hotline seems to have been well-received. And, “in order to ensure that our services respond perfectly to the expectations of our clients and to move forward with any adjustments, we will soon undertake a large-scale customer survey” concludes Pervenche Quenette.
